Home Information
To unlock the front door, press the checkmark icon in the bottom left corner to activate the screen of the lock. Enter the 4-digit code provided prior to check-in. To lock, press the lock icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
PARKING
There are four assigned parking spots in front of each unit. Four parking passes are included for this unit. Please place them so that they are visible on your dash and park in the designated parking spot allocated to the unit number.
TV
This unit features a Panasonic TV in the living room. There is also a DVD player connected to the TV.
FIREPLACE
This unit has two gas fireplaces on the main floor. There is a thermostat on the wall to the right of the fireplace in the kitchen area. Please turn it off when not in use.
COFFEE
A Keurig coffee machine is provided in the unit. Please bring your own coffee pods!
HEATING & COOLING
The thermostat is located in the hallway on the entry level. You can adjust the temperature as required. Please turn the temperature back to 18°C when you are leaving.
BBQ
A BBQ is provided. We ask that you please clean the grill after use and turn off the gas source when finished.
DISHWASHER
The dishwasher works best on normal mode. To operate, load dishes and dish pod inside. Turn the dial on the right side to start and lock the white lever. The cycle will begin.
POOL
**The pool facilities will close for the season on September 4th, 2024**
The pool is open 10:30-7:00pm daily (weather permitting). Our guest services team will provide you with a temporary access code daily via text for you to use. The access code changes daily for safety purposes. No food, drinks, or pets are permitted in the pool area (bottled water is okay). A friendly reminder to swim with safety in mind and to keep the pool gates closed at all times!
Please note that per the Town of Blue Mountains By-law 2021-70 that governs short term accommodations, the use of outdoor hot tubs and or outdoor pools between the hours of 11pm and 7am is not permitted. Failure to adhere to this by-law may result in a fine from the Town of Blue Mountains.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Please ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling by taking it to the building by the pool area. The code to access the garbage room is 2485. There is a dumpster for garbage, blue bins for recycling, and green bins for composting. We appreciate you helping us keep this chalet clean!
House Rules
NOISE
We're all about peace, enjoyment, and happy neighbours here. We kindly ask everyone to keep the noise level in check. There's a 24 hour Municipal by-law in effect. Any fines or penalties will be collected from your deposit or through additional means as required.
Keep it fresh and smoke free in the unit! Any signs, including smell or visual evidence, will be documented and a $1000 fine will be issued.
DAMAGE
Please report any damage immediately to the Guest Support Team to be assessed and discussed prior to departure. We understand accidents happen; we are here to assist and help when you notify us.
PETS
Your furry friend is welcome to tag along with approval. However, if you have brought a pet without checking ahead you could be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
