Home Information

ACCESSING THE KEY FOB
All Mountain Walk units require a key fob to enter the main building. Your key fob will be in your unit's lockbox, which is located in front of the main doors to your Mountain Walk section. Each section of units has a small building in front of the main doors. The door to this building will be unlocked. Enter the building and find the lock box labelled "108". The code will be provided to you by our guest support team prior to your arrival. Enter the code and retrieve your fob. Exit the building and use this fob to enter the main Mountain Walk doors. We kindly ask that you return your fob to this lockbox upon checkout.


ARRIVAL
To unlock the Schlage lock, press the checkmark icon in the bottom left corner to activate the screen. Enter the 4-digit code provided prior to check-in. To lock, press the lock icon in the bottom right corner of the screen

PARKING
Convenient parking is available right in front of the unit! Two parking passes will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Please remember that any parking tickets incurred during your stay are your responsibility. Remember to return the passes upon checkout to avoid a $95 fine.

TVS
This unit features a Sony TV in the living room with a Roku device. You can access apps such as Netflix, Prime and Disney. You will require your own login details to access them. Don't forget to log out before leaving! There is also a Standard Rogers cable box hooked up to the TV.

FIREPLACE
This unit has a gas fireplace. The controls are located on the right side of the fireplace on the wall. Please make sure to turn off the fireplace when finished.

HEATING & COOLING
The thermostat is located on the wall to the left of the fridge. You can adjust the temperature as required. Upon leaving please adjust it back to 18 degrees celsius

COFFEE
A drip coffee maker is provided in the unit. Please bring your own coffee!

BBQ
A BBQ is provided. We ask that you please clean the grill after use and turn off the gas source when finished. BBQ tools are provided in the drawers in the kitchen.

DISHWASHER
The dishwasher works best on normal mode. To operate, load dishes and dish pod inside. Turn the dial on the right side to start and lock the white lever, then the cycle will begin.

SHUTTLE
This unit comes with a free BMVA Shuttle Pass. There are designated pickup locations and reservations are required. Here is the information sheet.

LINENS AND TOWELS
All bed linens and towels are provided for your stay! Upon checking out, we'd be grateful if any used towels could be placed in the shower or bathtub.


GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Please ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling by taking it to the hut (where the lock box is located). If the bins are full, kindly take the items to the garbage enclosure.

House Rules

NOISE
We're all about peace, enjoyment, and happy neighbours here. We kindly ask everyone to keep the noise level in check. There's a 24 hour Municipal by-law in effect. Any fines or penalties will be collected from your deposit or through additional means as required.

SMOKING
Keep it fresh and smoke free in the unit! Any signs, including smell or visual evidence, will be documented and a $1000 fine will be issued.

DAMAGE
Please report any damage immediately to the Guest Support Team to be assessed and discussed prior to departure. We understand accidents happen; we are here to assist and help when you notify us.

PETS
We love our furry friends too, however this unit is pet free. If you have brought a pet without checking ahead you could be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
