Home Information
ARRIVAL
To unlock the Schlage door lock, please use the 4-digit code provided prior to check-in. To lock, press the lock icon on the Schlage lock.
Convenient parking awaits you out front of the unit building! You'll find one designated parking spot and an additional visitor spot available on a first-come, first-served basis. Two parking passes will be provided for your use, so please display them visibly on your dashboard once you've checked in. Any parking tickets incurred during your stay will be your responsibility. Remember to return the passes upon checkout to avoid a $95 fine.
TV
This unit features smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom with Bell cable. The master bedroom TV has access to Samsung Plus TV. You are able to use your own login details to access these TV apps. Don't forget to log out when leaving! There is a 3rd TV in the second bedroom which is hooked up to Bell cable and a DVD player.
FIREPLACE
The unit has a gas fireplace. To turn the fireplace ON/OFF please use the remote provided. Please turn off the fireplace when finished. Below is a how-to video with further instructions if needed.
COFFEE
This unit is equipped with a drip coffee maker and Keurig machine. Please bring your own coffee and/or
coffee pods!
HEATING & COOLING
The (Honeywell) thermostat is located on the wall between the kitchen and the stairs to go up to the master bedroom. Use the up and down arrows to increase/decrease the temperature. Please adjust the temperature to 22 degrees when not in use.
BBQ
A BBQ is provided. We ask that you please clean the grill after use and turn off the gas source when finished. BBQ tools are provided in the drawers in the kitchen
DISHWASHER
The dishwasher works best on normal mode. To operate, load dishes and dish pod inside. Turn the dial on the right side to start and lock the white lever, then the cycle will begin.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Please ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling by taking it to the complex garbage complex located near the visitors parking area.

NOISE
We're all about peace, enjoyment, and happy neighbours here. We kindly ask everyone to keep the noise level in check. There's a 24 hour Municipal by-law in effect. Any fines or penalties will be collected from your deposit or through additional means as required.
We love our furry friends too, however this unit is pet free. If you have brought a pet without checking ahead you could be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
