To unlock the front door, press the checkmark icon in the bottom left corner to activate the screen of the lock. Enter the 4-digit code provided prior to check-in. To lock, press the lock icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
PARKING
Parking is conveniently located in front of the unit. Two parking passes will be supplied to you, however the spots are first come first served. Any parking tickets incurred will be your responsibility. Passes not returned will result in a fine of $95.
This unit features one Smart TV located in the living room. The TV has access to Netflix, Prime, Disney, etc. You will require your own login details to access them. Don't forget to log out when leaving! You can also access movies through "STARZ"!
This unit has a gas fireplace. The controls are located on the right side of the fireplace. We kindly ask that you turn the fireplace off when not in use.
COFFEE
A Keurig coffee machine is provided in the unit. Please bring your own coffee pods!
HEATING & COOLING
The thermostat is located on the wall in the kitchen. You can adjust the temperature as required. Upon leaving please adjust it back to 18 degrees celsius.
SAUNA
There is a sauna available for use at the property/unit. The controls are located outside of the sauna beside the door. To operate, adjust the timer dial and then adjust the temperature dial to your desired temperature. Please turn off the sauna when not in use by setting the timer dial to off.
A BBQ is provided. We ask that you please clean the grill after use and turn off the gas source when finished.
DISHWASHER
The dishwasher works best on normal mode. To operate load dishes and dish pod inside and press start once it is closed. You can select your cycle and it gives you options.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Please ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling by taking it to at the far end of the parking lot. Thank you for helping us keep this unit clean!

NOISE
We're all about peace, enjoyment, and happy neighbours here. We kindly ask everyone to keep the noise level in check. There's a 24 hour Municipal by-law in effect. Any fines or penalties will be collected from your deposit or through additional means as required.
Keep it fresh and smoke free in the unit! Any signs, including smell or visual evidence, will be documented and a $1000 fine will be issued.
DAMAGE
Please report any damage immediately to the Guest Support Team to be assessed and discussed prior to departure. We understand accidents happen; we are here to assist and help when you notify us.
PETS
We love our furry friends too, however this unit is pet free. If you have brought a pet without checking ahead you could be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
