Home Information

ARRIVAL
To unlock the Schlage door lock, please use the 4-digit code provided prior to check-in. To lock, press the lock icon on the Schlage lock.

PARKING

Convenient parking awaits you out front of the unit building! You'll find one designated parking spot and an additional visitor spot available on a first-come, first-served basis. Two parking passes will be provided for your use, so please display them visibly on your dashboard once you've checked in. Any parking tickets incurred during your stay will be your responsibility. Remember to return the passes upon checkout to avoid a $95 fine.

TVS

This unit features 3 Smart TVs with Bell cable, located in the living room and both bedrooms.

FIREPLACE

his home has a new gas fireplace that is available for you to use! Here's a video tutorial on using the fireplace.

HEATING & COOLING

The thermostat is located at the bottom of the staircase. There are also heated floors in each room. The thermostats for the heated floors are located in each room. Please, turn the heated floors off before departing from your stay. To turn off, hold the button on the bottom right side of the thermostat for 5 seconds until you see the thermostat screen turn off. To turn back on, press the button once.

COFFEE

This unit is equipped with a Keurig and drip coffee machine. Please bring your own coffee pods!

BBQ
There's a BBQ located on the back patio.

DISHWASHER
The dishwasher works best on normal mode. To operate, load dishes and dish pod inside, then choose a cycle/start. The cycle will begin. We kindly ask for any dirty dishes to be loaded into the dishwasher and the load started prior to departure.

WASHER AND DRYER

There is a washer and dryer located in the closet next to the staircase.

LINENS AND TOWELS

All bed linens and towels are provided for your stay! Upon checking out, we'd be grateful if any used towels could be placed in the shower or bathtub.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Please ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling by taking it to the garbage complex located near the visitors parking area.

NOISE
We're all about peace, enjoyment, and happy neighbours here. We kindly ask everyone to keep the noise level in check. There's a 24 hour Municipal by-law in effect. Any fines or penalties will be collected from your deposit or through additional means as required.

SMOKING

Keep it fresh and smoke free in the unit! Any signs, including smell or visual evidence, will be documented and a $1000 ﬁne will be issued.

DAMAGE

Please report any damage immediately to the Guest Support Team to be assessed and discussed prior to departure. We understand accidents happen; we are here to assist and help when you notify us.

PETS

We love our furry friends too, however this unit is pet free. If you have brought a pet without checking ahead you could be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
