Home Information
ARRIVAL
To unlock the Schlage lock, press the checkmark icon in the bottom left corner to activate the screen. Enter the 4-digit code provided prior to check-in. To lock, press the lock icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
PARKING
Parking is first come first served outside of the property. No parking passes are required.
This unit features two Smart TVs - one in the living room and one in the bedroom. You can access apps such as Netflix, Prime, and Disney. You will require your own login details to access them. Don't forget to log out before leaving!
FIREPLACE
This unit has a gas fireplace. The switch to turn on the fireplace is on the wall (left of fireplace). It says "Fireplace" on it. Please make sure to turn off the fireplace when finished.
A Keurig coffee machine is provided in the unit. Please remember to bring your own coffee pods as we do not provide any.
HEATING & COOLING
The thermostat is located on the wall in the hallway (beside the bathroom). To adjust temperature, use the throttle and turn to desired temperature. Upon leaving please adjust it back to 22 degrees celsius.
SNOWBRIDGE POOL
**The Snowbridge pool facilities will close for the season on September 9th, 2024. The children's pool is closed as of August 20th**
The pool is located at the entrance to the 171 Snowbridge Way cul de sac. Use the pool fob provided to gain access through the yellow pool house.
10 people will be allowed in the pool area, including the deck at one time. Life guards will be on duty from June 28 to end of August 2024. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult and are only allowed in the pool area during the General Swim 10am-7pm. Adult swim house unsupervised are daily from 7am-9am & 7pm- dusk effective Saturday May 18, 2024. No children are allowed under the age of 16 years of age during these hours.
BBQ
A BBQ is provided. We ask that you please clean the grill after use and turn off the gas source when finished.
DISHWASHER
The dishwasher works best on normal cycle. To use the dishwasher: select the cycle you want, lock the door, and turn the dial to the start position.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Please ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling by taking it to the designated complex garbage area located near the visitors parking area.

NOISE
We're all about peace, enjoyment, and happy neighbours here. We kindly ask everyone to keep the noise level in check. There's a 24 hour Municipal by-law in effect. Any fines or penalties will be collected from your deposit or through additional means as required.
PETS
Your furry friend is welcome to tag along! However, if you have brought a pet without checking ahead you could be subject to an additional cleaning charge. Excessive pet debris and/or hair may result in an additional cleaning charge. Please pick up after your pet.
