Arrival and Parking Information


ARRIVAL
Upon arrival, look for the single glass door beside the double doors. Follow the below instructions to enter the building.


ACTIVATING THE ALTA LOCK DIGITALLY
This home has a digital key card system controlled by a mobile app. The setup of the keycard takes 1-2 minutes! 

The App is Avigilon Alta Open (see below):


  • Once you arrive at the unit, you'll receive an email that will say "Activate your mobile key for JAWK Holdings Inc."
  • With the Avigilon Alta Open app installed on your mobile device, click "Setup on Phone" in the email.
  • Your key card will appear as shown below. Hold the screen of your phone to face the lock to unlock the door! Repeat this for the door to Unit #4.



IF YOU PREFER TO USE A KEY
If you'd prefer to use a key, you can obtain it via the lock box near the back stairs of the building. The code will be provided to you upon arrival.

PARKING
As stated in this home's listing, this unit does not include free parking and requires you to use paid street parking or municipal parking lots.
  • Parking is enforced Monday - Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm (Weekends and Statutory Holidays are free). 
  • During these times, side street and municipal parking lots have a rate of $0.75 cents per hour, equalling $7.50 per day.

    We recommend parking on the side streets or municipal lots, as the main street (Hurontario) has a 3 hour maximum. All other public parking has unlimited time. Paying for parking and following Collingwood's parking by-laws are your responsibilities during your stay. 

Home Information


TV

This unit features one Smart TV. You can access apps such as Netflix, Prime and Disney. You will require your own login details to access them. Don't forget to log out when leaving!

HEATING & COOLING
The thermostat is located on the wall near the front door. Please adjust the thermostat to 71 degrees prior to departure.

COFFEE
A Keurig coffee machine is provided in the unit. Kindly bring your own coffee pods.

DISHWASHER
The dishwasher works best on normal mode. To operate, load dishes and dish pod inside. Turn the dial on the right side to start and lock the white lever, then the cycle will begin. We kindly ask for any dirty dishes to be loaded into the dishwasher and the load started prior to departure.

LINENS AND TOWELS
All bed linens and towels are provided for your stay! Upon checking out, we'd be grateful if any used towels could be placed in the shower.

WHAT'S PROVIDED?
Kitchen: Pots, pans and cooking and eating utensils, dish soap, paper towels, coffee pods, dish towels and dish cloths.
Bathroom: Basic toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner), complete set of bath towels for each guest.


GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Please ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling by taking it to the Property Valet labelled garbage bins at the back of the building. There's a stairway beside unit 5 that will lead you to the garbage bins. We appreciate your efforts to help us keep this unit clean!


House Rules

NOISE
We're all about peace, enjoyment, and happy neighbours here. We kindly ask everyone to keep the noise level in check. There's a 24 hour Municipal by-law in effect. Any fines or penalties will be collected from your deposit or through additional means as required.

SMOKING
Keep it fresh and smoke free in the unit! Any signs, including smell or visual evidence, will be documented and a $1000 fine will be issued.

DAMAGE
Please report any damage immediately to the Guest Support Team to be assessed and discussed prior to departure. We understand accidents happen; we are here to assist and help when you notify us.

PETS
Your furry friend is welcome to tag along with approval. However, if you have brought a pet without checking ahead you could be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Please remember to pick up after your pet outdoors!
