Home Information

ARRIVAL
To unlock the door lock, enter the 4-digit code provided prior to check-in. To lock, press the button at the top of the lock.

PARKING 
There is a driveway in front of the property that can accommodate 2 vehicles. There is additional first come first served parking near the end of Vacation Inn Drive.

TV
There are 3 Smart TVs at this property, located in the living room, the master bedroom and the bedroom with the queen bed.

HEATING & COOLING
The thermostat location is on the pillar across from the kitchen counter.

COFFEE
A drip coffee maker and Keurig machine is provided in the unit. Please remember to bring your own coffee and filters as we do not provide any.

BBQ
A BBQ is provided. Please use with care and clean up after yourself. Keep the grill clean and remember to turn off the gas source when finished.

HOT TUB
There is a private hot tub in the backyard for you to use. The heat should be set to a max temp of 104. Please keep the cover on when not in use. Hot tubs are cleaned after each stay, so the temperature may not be at the max upon arrival. 

DISHWASHER
The dishwasher works best on normal mode. To operate, load dishes and dish pod inside and press start once it is closed. You can select your cycle and it gives you options. We kindly ask for any dirty dishes to be loaded into the dishwasher and the load started prior to departure.

WASHER AND DRYER
There is a 2 in 1 washer and dryer located beside the half bathroom on the main floor

GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Please ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling by taking it to the garbage cans located at the front of the property. We appreciate your efforts to help us keep this home clean!

NOISE
We're all about peace, enjoyment, and happy neighbours here. We kindly ask everyone to keep the noise level in check. There's a 24 hour Municipal by-law in effect. Any fines or penalties will be collected from your deposit or through additional means as required.

SMOKING
Smoking will not be tolerated in the unit. Any signs, including smell or visual evidence, will be documented and a $1000 fine will be issued.

DAMAGE
Please report any damage immediately to the Guest Support Team to be assessed and discussed prior to departure. We understand accidents happen; we are here to assist and help when you notify us.

PETS
We love our furry friends too, however this unit is pet free. If you have brought a pet without checking ahead you could be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
