Home Information
ARRIVAL
To unlock the door lock, press the checkmark icon in the bottom left corner to activate the screen. Enter the 4-digit code provided prior to check-in. To lock, press the lock icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
PARKING
Parking is in front of the unit. There is one identified parking spot. There are guest parking spots available. They are marked with a V on the spaces. They are first come first served.
TV
This unit features two Smart TV's. One is located in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. You can access apps such as Netflix, Prime and Disney. You will require your own login details to access them. The TV in the living room also has Rogers standard cable package. You can access this on the remote through the input menu.Don't forget to log out before leaving!
FIREPLACE
This unit has a gas fireplace. The controls are on the right side of the wall before the living room. Below is a how-to video with further instructions if needed. Please make sure to turn off the fireplace when finished.
This unit is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine. Please bring your own coffee pods!
HEATING & COOLING
The thermostat is located on the right side of the wall before the living room. You can adjust the temperature as required. Upon leaving please adjust it back to 18°C.
- Sunday to Thursday - 10AM to 8PM
- Friday to Saturday - 10AM to 9PM
A BBQ is provided. We ask that you please clean the grill after use and turn off the gas source when finished.
DISHWASHER
The dishwasher works best on normal mode. To operate, load dishes and dish pod inside. Turn the dial on the right side to start and lock the white lever, then the cycle will begin.
Please ensure proper disposal of garbage by taking it to the designated complex garbage area located at the far left of the parking lot.

NOISE
We're all about peace, enjoyment, and happy neighbours here. We kindly ask everyone to keep the noise level in check. There's a 24 hour Municipal by-law in effect. Any fines or penalties will be collected from your deposit or through additional means as required.
Keep it fresh and smoke free in the unit! Any signs, including smell or visual evidence, will be documented and a $1000 fine will be issued.
DAMAGE
Please report any damage immediately to the Guest Support Team to be assessed and discussed prior to departure. We understand accidents happen; we are here to assist and help when you notify us.
PETS
We love our furry friends too, however this unit is pet free. If you have brought a pet without checking ahead you could be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
