Home Information
ARRIVAL
To unlock the Schlage lock, press the checkmark icon in the bottom left corner to activate the screen. Enter the 4-digit code provided prior to check-in. To lock, press the lock icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
PARKING
Parking is in front of the unit. There are no identified parking spots. They are first come first served, no parking passes are required.
TV
This unit features two Smart TVs - one in the living room and one in the master bedroom upstairs. Both TVs have access to Netflix, Prime, Disney, etc. You will require your own login details to access them. Don't forget to log out when leaving! There is also a Rogers cable box hooked up to each TV with a standard Rogers package. You can access this on the remote through the input menu.
FIREPLACE
This unit has a gas fireplace in the living room. There is a thermostat located next to A/C and Heating thermostat that controls the fireplace. Please make sure to turn off the fireplace when finished.
There is a thermostat located on the wall in the living room. You can adjust the temperature as required. Upon leaving please adjust it back to 18 degrees celsius.
BBQ
A BBQ is provided. We ask that you please clean the grill after use and turn off the gas source when finished.
DISHWASHER
The dishwasher works best on normal mode. To operate, load dishes and dish pod inside, then choose a cycle/start. The cycle will begin. We kindly ask for any dirty dishes to be loaded into the dishwasher and the load started prior to departure.
There is a washer & dryer located on the main floor to the right of the bathroom.
LINENS AND TOWELS
All bed linens and towels are provided for your stay! Upon checking out, we'd be grateful if any used towels could be placed in the shower or bathtub.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Please ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling by taking it to the designated complex garbage area located near the visitors parking area.

NOISE
We're all about peace, enjoyment, and happy neighbours here. We kindly ask everyone to keep the noise level in check. There's a 24 hour Municipal by-law in effect. Any fines or penalties will be collected from your deposit or through additional means as required.
PETS
We love our furry friends too, however this unit is pet free. If you have brought a pet without checking ahead you could be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
