Home Information

ARRIVAL
To unlock the Yale lock, press the Yale icon in the bottom left corner to activate the screen. You'll be presented 2-3 random numbers to press before entering the 4-digit code provided prior to check-in. To lock, press the Yale icon.

PARKING 
Parking is in front of and across from the unit. There are no identified parking spots. They are first come first served. No parking passes are required.

SKI LOCKER
This unit has ski locker access. The ski locker is located right outside the front door. The key for it is on the lanyard with the pool fob.

TV
This unit features two TVs located in the living room and the master bedroom. The living room TV has access to Netflix, and other smart applications through the Apple TV device. You will require your own login details to access them. Please remember to log out when leaving. Both TVs have standard Rogers cable.

FIREPLACE
This unit has a gas fireplace. The thermostat controls are located on the left side of the fireplace. Please make sure to turn off the fireplace when finished.

HEATING & COOLING
The thermostat is located on the wall in the main floor front hallway. You can adjust the temperature as required. Upon leaving please adjust it back to 18 degrees celsius.

COFFEE
A drip coffee machine is provided in the unit. Please remember to bring your own coffee and filters as we do not provide any.

The pool is located at the entrance to the 171 Snowbridge Way cul de sac. Use the pool fob provided to gain access through the yellow pool house.

10 people will be allowed in the pool area, including the deck at one time. Life guards will be on duty from June 28 to end of August 2024. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult and are only allowed in the pool area during the General Swim 10am-7pm. Adult swim house unsupervised are daily from 7am-9am & 7pm- dusk effective Saturday May 18, 2024. No children are allowed under the age of 16 years of age during these hours.

BBQ
A BBQ is provided. Please use with care and clean up after yourself. Keep the grill clean and remember to turn off the gas source when finished.

DISHWASHER
The dishwasher works best on normal mode. To operate, load dishes and dish pod inside and press start once it is closed. You can select your cycle and it gives you options. We kindly ask for any dirty dishes to be loaded into the dishwasher and the load started prior to departure.

House Rules

SMOKING
Smoking will not be tolerated in the unit. Any signs, including smell or visual evidence, will be documented and a $1000 fine will be issued.

PETS
Your furry friend is welcome to tag along with approval. However, if you have brought a pet without checking ahead you could be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
