Home Information


ARRIVAL
To unlock the door lock, press the checkmark icon in the bottom left corner to activate the screen. Enter the 4-digit code provided prior to check-in. To lock, press the lock icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.

PARKING
Parking is available in the driveway at the back of the house.


TVS
This unit features one Smart TV in the living room. You can access apps such as Netflix, Prime and Disney. You may require your own login details to access some streaming services. Don't forget to log out when leaving! 

HEATING & COOLING
There is a thermostat to control the central AC and heating beside the dining room table. You may set it to your desired temperature.

COFFEE
This home is equipped with a standard drip coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, and a kettle. Coffee is not supplied, please bring your own!

DISHWASHER
The dishwasher works best on normal mode. We kindly ask for any dirty dishes to be loaded into the dishwasher and the load started prior to departure.

WASHER/DRYER
There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom available for you to use. Detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.

GARAGES
Guests are welcome to use the garage next to the house. You are also welcome to use the water floaties stored in this garage. Please let us know if any pop or break. There is a second larger garage closer to the lake. This is not accessible to guests. 

BBQ
A BBQ is provided. We ask that you please clean the grill after use and turn off the gas source when finished.

OUTDOOR FIRE PIT
The fire pit is available for you to enjoy during your stay. Firewood is not supplied. Wood can be purchased from the nearby convenience store (Ramara Fuels). We ask that you please put out the fire at the end of the night and when leaving the house. 

LINENS AND TOWELS
All bed linens and towels are provided for your stay! Upon checking out, we'd be grateful if any used towels could be placed in the shower or bathtub.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Please ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling by taking it to the bins beside the back deck and garage. Our team will put it out for collection after your stay.

House Rules

NOISE
We're all about peace, enjoyment, and happy neighbours here. As per the By-Law of Ramara and Orillia, fireworks are prohibited and no loud noise is tolerated after 11pm. We kindly ask everyone to keep the noise level in check.

SMOKING
Keep it fresh and smoke free in our home! Any signs, including smell or visual evidence, will be documented and a fine will be issued.

DAMAGE
Please report any damage immediately to Mario at (416) 717-6762 to be assessed and discussed prior to departure. We understand accidents happen; we are here to assist and help when you notify us.

PETS
We love our furry friends too, however this home is pet-free. If you have brought a pet without checking ahead you could be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
