PARKING AND EV CHARGER - Code 1369#

This unit includes 2 designated underground parking spots. These spots are labelled #130 and #131. Please make sure to park in only the designated spots for this unit. To access the underground parking, use the code 1369#. Additional cars must park in public lots nearby.

There are 4 EV charger outlets available for use in the parking lot of Building 3000.



ADDITIONAL VEHICLES - PUBLIC PARKING OPTIONS


SKI LOCKER

There is a ski locker for this unit and it is located on the main floor through the door across from the elevator. There will be a fob for this locker in the unit in a small bowl on the kitchen island when you walk in. The ski locker is #139 in the second storage room after you've entered the door across from the elevator in the lobby.


TVS
This unit features 1 smart TV. This Hisense TV is paired with Telus TV+ and is located in the main living room above the fireplace.

To turn on the TV, press the power button on the Telus remote and select the desired streaming channel. Use any of the streaming apps available on the TV including YouTube, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Crave or Disney+. Some of the apps may require your own log-in details. Don't forget to log out before you leave!


FIREPLACE

There is a gas powered fireplace located underneath the TV in the main living room that can be enjoyed by guests throughout the stay.

To turn on the fireplace, please ensure that the labelled switches on the wall to the left of the fireplace are switched to 'on' and 'remote'. Once the switches are correct, the fireplace can be turned on and off using the power button on the black remote on the coffee table. Please note that if the fireplace has been off for a long period of time, it can take several minutes to kick in. Please avoid changing the remote settings if possible.


HEATING & COOLING
There is a Honeywell Home digital thermostat located on the wall in the living room, adjacent to the main hallway. Use the touch screen to select the desired mode (cool or heat). Then use the + or - buttons to adjust the temperature.

There are also thermostats located in each bathroom. This controls the underfloor heaters. You can adjust the temperature using the up and down arrows on the touch screen.

AUTOMATIC BLINDS
Every window in this unit features automatic blinds that are operated by remote. Do not pull the blinds down, it will break them and a member of our local team will need to reprogram them for you. The remote specific to each window can be found mounted on the wall beside the window. Simply press the 'down' arrow button to put the blinds down and the 'up' arrow to put them back up. To stop the blinds halfway down the window, press the 'stop' button in the centre to hold the blinds in place.


COFFEE MACHINE - User Guide
There is a Keurig Coffee Machine located in this unit for use throughout your stay.

To make a coffee follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Remove the plastic carafe from the back of the Keurig and fill with water.
Step 2: Once the carafe is back in the machine, press the power button to turn it on.
Step 3: Lift the top of the Keurig open and insert your selected coffee pod.
Step 4: Close the lid once the pod is correctly inserted and place your mug on the platform under the brewer.
Step 5: Select one of the flashing buttons that indicate your desired coffee size.
Step 6: Brew and enjoy!


STOVE AND OVEN - User Guide
There is an electric oven with a stovetop available for use at this unit. Use the control panel in the centre to control the oven. Use the 4 dials on either side to control the stovetop.



DISHWASHER - User Guide

There is a Whirlpool Dishwasher in this unit that is for guest use during the course of your stay. Please follow these instructions when using the dishwasher:

Step 1: Place the dishes properly in the dishwasher
Step 2: Put a dish pod in the dishwasher, this will be located under the sink
Step 3: The 'Cycle' button selects the setting
Step 4: Press the 'Start' button once you've selected the setting
Step 5: Close the door

We ask that all guests start the dishwasher prior to your departure!

WASHER & DRYER
There is a washer and dryer available for your use located in the storage room on the right as soon as you enter the unit. To use both the washer and dryer, place your items inside, close the door, turn on using the power button and select the desired settings before pressing the start/play button.

There are detergent pods located on the metal rack to the left of the machines. We ask that you please use 1 pod per load, unless more is needed. There are also dryer balls located in a bag above the dryer.

PATIO
This is the Penthouse Suite so there is a large, wrap-around patio with stunning views for guest enjoyment.

There are 3 noise-cancelling sliding doors that require a special technique to open. To slide the doors open, turn the handle 90 degrees to the left, pull the handle towards you and once it's been pulled out you are able to slide the door open.

To keep the patio doors closed, but increase air-flow in the unit, you turn the handle 180 degrees so that it is facing upwards. You can then pull the handle towards you, and this will allow only the top of the door to unseal.

BBQ - User Manual
There is a BBQ available for guest use on the patio. Turn the elements on by slowly turning one of the knobs on the front of the BBQ. Once a flame has been ignited and you hear a click, that element is on and you can move on to the next one.

HOT TUB - User Guide
There is a hot tub located on the patio of this unit and is free to use throughout your stay.

This Hot Tub is a Bullfrog X Series. There is a control panel to control the Hot Tub on the front of the tub and this can be adjusted for your comfort. There are Hot Tub Rules located on the wall behind the Hot Tub. There are also spa towels in a large wicker basket beside the patio door inside the suite.

GARBAGE AND RECYCLING - Read Below for Code

There is a garbage and recycling bin located in this unit.

All garbage and recycling must be taken out before you check out of the suite. There are black metal garbage complexes located outside on either end of the parking lot. These can be accessed with a code. For the code, you must press 2 and 4 at the same time and then press 3 afterwards. You will then be able to separate your garbage and recycling to the necessary spots. We appreciate your help in keeping this unit clean!


CHECKING OUT
Upon checking-out, please ensure the following:

  • The Locker key is returned to the lock box if used
  • Log out of all apps on the TVs
  • Load and turn on dishwasher
  • Remove garbage and recycling

SHUTTLE
There is a shuttle that runs from the Mackenzie Village to Revelstoke Mountain Resort and other areas around town. The shuttle runs from 6:15 am– 8:30 pm and the service is $2.00 per ride (one-way) and free for kids under 12 years old.

NOISE
We're all about peace, enjoyment, and happy neighbours here. We kindly ask everyone to keep the noise level in check. There's a 24 hour Municipal by-law in effect. Any fines or penalties will be collected from your deposit or through additional means as required.

SMOKING
Keep it fresh and smoke free in the unit! Any signs, including smell or visual evidence, will be documented and a $1000 fine will be issued.

DAMAGE
Please report any damage immediately to the Guest Support Team to be assessed and discussed prior to departure. We understand accidents happen; we are here to assist and help when you notify us.


PETS
We love our furry friends too, however this is a pet fee unit as stated on the listing. If you have brought a pet, an additional cleaning charge will apply
