Welcome to our ground floor, family getaway in the Wintergreen community, ideally located just steps from Blue Mountain Village and backing onto the scenic Monterra Golf Course. With such a prime setting, adventure is always within reach. Explore top local restaurants, visit the vibrant downtown Collingwood, unwind at the Scandinave Spa, or pick up a Play All Day Pass and dive into everything Blue Mountain has to offer!

The living area features large windows and comfortable seating surrounding the gas fireplace and TV, with sliding glass doors leading out to the private patio, featuring a brand new BBQ and overlooking Monterra Golf Course.

Kitchen

The kitchen includes all cookware, bakeware, cutlery, and utensils you'll need to prepare delicious meals. A Keurig coffee machine is also provided. All you need to bring is your coffee, food, and spices! Oil, salt, and pepper are provided.

Bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in this home. All linens, pillows, and towels are provided.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed (main floor)

Bedroom 2: Single bed x2 (main floor)

Bedroom 3 (loft): Queen bed

**Bedroom 3 is a loft, so there is no door to this bedroom. This is the only room upstairs. Both sides of the room overlook downstairs. Please keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper.**

Parking: Two parking passes are provided for your stay. There are no assigned parking spaces, they are first come, first served.
