This bright, open-concept living room features soaring vaulted ceilings and a stone fireplace accented by an orange feature wall. A large clerestory window and a sliding glass door flood the space with natural light. This door leads to the first private balcony that offers peaceful views overlooking the lush greens of the Monterra Golf Course, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening BBQ.

Kitchen

The kitchen is efficiently designed with classic grey cabinetry and butcher block countertops. It flows seamlessly into the dining area, which centers around a rustic, harvest-style wooden table with industrial metal accents and plenty of seating.
