This modern, open-concept space features a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with sleek stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for meal prep. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in this home. All linens, pillows, and towels are provided. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of having a washer/dryer available for use.

Bedroom 1: King bed, upstairs

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, upstairs

Bedroom 3: Single over double bunk bed, upstairs

Living area: Double sofa bed, main floor

Parking: each unit has 1 dedicated parking space. There are also limited visitor parking spaces available on a first come, first served basis.

Only minutes to Blue Mountain Resort and the Monterra Golf Course, there’s plenty of activities and delicious local restaurants nearby. Downtown Collingwood is just a 15 minute drive away.

Last Summer, the exterior stairs for the complex were replaced and although the bulk of the renovations have been completed there are still a few items that we thought we'd share with you:

- Exterior construction is still ongoing on weekdays. It will be visible during stays between Monday and Friday.

- You may notice a few small square cutouts on some walls. This was from previous work on the junction boxes. It is nothing more than an aesthetic concern and does not pose any safety risks.

- Each unit is provided with only 1 parking pass but we can provide you with alternative arrangements. This is based on a first-come-first-served basis so please reach out to our team should you require additional parking solutions.
