With such a prime location, there’s endless activities awaiting, just outside your doorstep! Living Area

The living area features large windows and comfortable seating surrounding the gas fireplace and TV, with sliding glass doors leading out to the private patio overlooking Monterra Golf Course.

Kitchen

The kitchen includes all cookware, bakeware, cutlery, and utensils you'll need to prepare delicious meals. A drip coffee maker is also provided. All you need to bring is your coffee, food, and spices! Oil, salt, and pepper are provided. Guests also have access to the private BBQ on the back patio.

Bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms in this home. All linens, pillows, and towels are provided. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

Bedroom 2: Single bunk bed x2 (main floor)

Bedroom 3: Single bunk bed x3

**Bedroom 3 is the loft area of the upper floor. The back wall of this bedroom is a half-wall that overlooks the living area. Please keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper**

Parking: Two parking passes are provided for your stay. There are no assigned parking spaces, they are first come, first served.

Please note, there is a sauna inside the unit, but it is not for guest use as it is not currently functioning. It is not a listed amenity or shown in photos for this reason.
