Living Area

The warm and welcoming living space features large windows, cozy seating around a gas fireplace and TV, and sliding glass doors that lead to a private patio overlooking Monterra Golf Course.

Kitchen

The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the cookware, bakeware, cutlery, and utensils you’ll need to prepare meals during your stay. A drip coffee maker is provided—just bring your favourite coffee, food, and spices. Oil, salt, and pepper are included, and guests can also take advantage of the private BBQ on the back patio.

Bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms in this home. All linens, pillows, and towels are provided. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

Bedroom 1: King bed + ensuite + sauna (upstairs)

Bedroom 2: Queen bed (main floor)

Bedroom 3: Single bed x2 (upstairs)

Sauna: Relax and unwind after a day of outdoor adventure! There is an in-unit private sauna upstairs accessed through bedroom 1.

Parking: Two parking passes are provided for your stay. There are no assigned parking spaces, they are first come, first served.
