This week our marketing team visited our long-time partner, the Georgian Triangle Humane Society. We got the opportunity to bond with some of the lovable fur-babies up for adoption as well as learn the details of their upcoming Walk for Pets event.
A core value of the GTHS is that humans share a bond with animals, and at Property Valet we agree. There's no joy in the world like a dog licking your face! That’s why so many of our spaces are pet friendly, so your four legged friends can create memories with you!
In support of our partnership and shared values with the GTHS, we are excited to announce that we will be hosting our GTHS friends at our office (219 Hurontario St.) for a pop up event. The pop up is for Walk for Pets, the GT Humane Society’s largest fundraising event of the year. Events like these are critical to maintaining the support these animals need from the GTHS.
The main Walk for Pets event will be held at the Collingwood Brewery from 11am-3pm on June 17th. However, fundraising for the event is ongoing with a goal of $120,000. If you’d like to register for the event, or even donate, you will find information here.
Alternatively, you can support the GTHS by visiting Treasure Tails in downtown Cwood, the GTHS thrift store. All proceeds from Treasure Tails go towards helping Simcoe County’s cats and dogs in need.
