Chef Martin offers both gold and platinum dining packages for any group occasion. The Gold package includes prepared, ready to cook dinners delivered to your vacation rental. All you have to do is cook, serve, and enjoy! The Platinum package includes a private in-unit chef experience. Chef Martin and his Sous-Chef will prepare, cook and serve dinner for your group, with your choice of regional dishes from his menu.

Mediterranean Menu Degustation

A 5 course fine dining experience created with local ingredients, cooked in the style of "Modern European Cuisine", inspired by recipes from France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. Scratch cooked using classical techniques with a twist!

Comfort Foods and Pub Favourites

Indulge in classical family dishes from years gone by, casseroles, pot roast, carvery joints, meat pies, homemade sausage all served with fresh local vegetables and potatoes.

Malaysian Buffet

A family feast created with authentic "Nonya" flavors, inspired by Martin's time in Singapore cooking with Chef Violet Oon.

Italian Regional Fare

Prepared using authentic recipes and techniques Martin learned in Chef Franco Taruschio's restaurant "The Walnut Tree".

Plant Based Hot Table

Enjoy "Meatless Monday'' any day of the week! Guaranteed not a mushroom burger in sight! In 2012 after attending one of the first conferences about the emergence of plant-based food, Chef Martin's passion was born!

BBQ

Fire up the charcoal for a BBQ with a difference. All meats are vacuum tumbled in a unique spice blend, then cooked sous vide to perfection, ready for finishing on the grill while basting with smoky BBQ glaze. A mountainous platter of Beef, Chicken, Pork, Lamb and Seafood with vegetable brochettes, salads galore and fresh baked focaccia bread.

Enjoy the luxury of fine dining as Chef Martin preps and serves a 5 star dining experience with fresh foods individually plated.

Starting from $175 per person. Minimum of 8 people. Menu TBC by arrangement

Gold Package

The same delicious recipes presented "family style" – a hot buffet for your guests to help themselves, casual and relaxed dining. Available for groups of 10-20. 

Starting from $125 per person. Groups of 10 to 20 people with service time of a 3-hour window. Menu TBC by arrangement.
