I found Property Valet when I first decided to look at investing in short term vacation rentals. As Property Valet clients, it has been a pleasure working with PJ and his team. We had closed our STA property in May of 2021, and after numerous setbacks working with another management company we approached Property Valet during the last week of summer. They knew how important it was for us to get the property on the market as quickly as possible. Even with their busy summer workload, they were able to onboard us within a week and also managed to get a rental for the labour day weekend. Contactless check-in was super easy. Our host was communicative, responsive and friendly. We felt at home. The place itself is beautiful, stylish and cozy. The pictures and description are very accurate. The beds are the best part of the house- comfortable and luxurious. We would love to stay here again.

PERFECT LOCATION! I visited Blue Mountain with my family of 5, and we fit very comfortably throughout the condo. It is spacious, clean, well decorated and a 1-minute walk to the center of the village. Lots of restaurants and activities in the area. Highly recommend.

Great location within walking distance to the village. Place was very clean. Ashley was very accommodating and allowed us to do an early check-in. Overall, good experience.

This place is amazing. Nice and cozy, making it feel like we are at home. It is up to date with everything you need! Kitchen is well-equipped, and the rooms and bathrooms are as well! Very roomy, comfortable and nicely decorated! Very clean and organized! The location is AMAZING! So close to the village, the balcony views are beautiful. You can see the mountain, and at night it’s nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy. Property Valet was always there for any questions we had and was always in contact with us for our check-in and check-out as well as any questions in between! They replied super quick!! I loved this place and would recommend to anyone thinking about it. We will definitely be back to stay here in the future!! Thank you!!!
