This exclusive beach front property is truly a treasure for every season whether it be snowshoeing to the Georgian Trail in the winters or cooling off with swim on the beach. Only a short commute to Blue Mountain Village. This property has a large walkout to over 90ft of sandy beach where you can spend your summer in the sun and water. Watch the seasons change in the spring and fall, enjoy the comfort of the well built home during the winter months and basque in the sun during the summer months.

The space

The chalet backs onto a beautiful beach front with a back porch to admire the view. This modern, spacious, and bright home is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to enjoy your getaway. Warm up by the fireplace indoors or by the firepit out back. This location is only 6 mins to Thornbury, 6 mins to Meaford, 3 mins to the Lora Bay Golf Club, 9 mins to Georgian Peaks and 15 mins to the Blue Mountain Village.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans, and utensils that you would need to cook. There is also a toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. All you need to bring is your food and seasonings. Walkout from the kitchen onto the beachfront deck with a BBQ and muskoka chairs.

Dining & Living room:

A large, modern wooden island/table in the spacious kitchen will provide you and your group comfort while dining with a view of the beach front. This area flows into the living room with a large TV and more beachfront view that is beautiful in the summer and winter. This chalet also includes 1 loft area, laundry on site, and a kids hangout room in the basement.

Bedrooms:

Chalet has a beautiful Master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed. The loft area has a futon, TV and fireplace for additional sleeping and comfort area. Third bedroom has a bunk bed along with a single bed.

Disclaimer: Due to the units location and services available, the phone reception and Wifi does have a tendency to go in and out.

Other things to note

COVID-19 Mitigation Protocols

Property Valet has undertaken ongoing briefings and meetings with staff and contractors and enhanced operating protocols specifically related to our cleaning and sanitation of units. We are closely following the guidance of Ministry of Health, while operating according to to federal and provincial short term rental regulations.

Coronaviruses are one of the easiest types of viruses to kill with the appropriate disinfectant product when used according to the label directions. Health Canada has published a list of hard surface disinfectants that are likely to be effective for use against COVID-19. Property Valet has implemented use of these products.

Although they do not claim to kill COVID-19, cleaners can play a role in limiting the transfer of microorganisms. Health Canada recommends cleaning high-touch surfaces often, using either regular household cleaners or diluted bleach. To enhance our regular cleaning techniques staff at Property Valet has been instructed to double sanitize all "High Risk Surface Points".

We have ensured that our cleaners sanitize all of the following high risk surface points:

Property is nicely renovated with SS applicants! Very spacious! Back on to lake front with own private beach! You can hear the sound of the wave even you are inside! Highly recommended for family get away!

My husband, our nine month old baby and my mom stayed here for the long weekend and we absolutely loved it. We are more used to Muskoka but absolutely fell in love with the area. The beach was perfect for our nine month old and was absolutely gorgeous. The water was beautiful and the sound of the waves were fantastic to relax to: The house was very clean and well laid out giving everyone lots of space. The design was lovely and all to a high standard. Would defined recommend and hope to go back again!

We had an awesome stay over the weekend at this place. Easy check in, the host was fast in responding, the house was nice and clean and the view was breathtaking, everything was perfect. My family and I enjoyed every minute staying there. I highly recommend this place for people who love privacy and nature.
