The cottage is 4,000+ square feet with a beautiful state of the art kitchen, media room for the kids, and sitting areas throughout. Enjoy a lakeside deck, as well as the walkway from the lawn into the Bay. The hot tub, fire pit and large wrap around deck with outdoor sitting area and BBQ are great for entertaining! Open concept living area with fireplace, perfect for a relaxing group retreat.
Kitchen
The spectacular kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and an oversized breakfast island for leisurely mornings. Enjoy making your coffee and step out onto the wrap-around deck to take in the view before starting your day. Delight in a meal together in the dining space that boasts dinner with a view. Rental includes everything you’ll need to make yourself at home. You’ll find cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils and BBQ tools to enjoy during your stay. All you need to bring is your food, spices and coffee!
Living Rooms
On the main floor, enjoy the meticulously decorated great room where you can catch up after a day of adventure or relax by the fire as you wind down. The main floor living room hosts walk-out access to the wrap-around deck and features water views or a TV for your entertainment. Downstairs, you’ll find the media room with basement walk-out access, sizable L-shaped couch, large TV and surround sound.
Bedrooms
On the main floor, you’ll find a spacious, beautifully decorated bedroom with in-suite TV just steps away from the 4 piece bathroom. Upstairs hosts 2 additional bedrooms and 2 four piece bathrooms, both with direct water views for guests to wake up to. The primary bedroom boasts a balcony with a small patio, 4 piece ensuite with jetted soaker tub, and a gas fireplace.
Other things to note
Please be advised the dock and deck are high off the water. Use at your own risk and please be careful!
It is recommended for young children or inexperienced swimmers to always wear a lifejacket. Do not leave children unsupervised around the water. Guests will need to bring their own lifejackets and towels.
*Please note: Only small, well trained - hypoallergenic dogs are allowed in the unit. Please inform us prior to booking.
*Please note: This unit is in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. It is not suitable for large parties and is most ideal for families and couples. Please ensure volume is always kept at a reasonable level and turned down by 9pm, specifically if you have music on outside.
